About David R. Hartwig, Esq.

Yes, I like motorcycles, the mountains, and photography. But more to the point, for more than 30 years I have helped people like you with legal matters in Utah. I am a solo practitioner with my office in Salt Lake City, which means I handle every aspect of my client's case from start to finish.

I am also a military veteran and offer a 25% discount on my hourly rate for veterans or current military members.

Special Masters Attorney

I am trained in divorce and post-divorce conflict resolution as a Special Masters attorney in Utah. I have experience assisting clients with family law issues, including child custody, child support, alimony and enforcement of custody and support issues.

I am committed to helping my clients find the best resolution. I understand the divorce process because I have been through it myself. Divorce is not easy, but with the right guidance and representation, the process can go a lot smoother.

I also have experience assisting clients with probate and estate planning issues, civil appeals, legal malpractice issues and cases involving defamation, slander and libel. Whatever legal issue you are facing, I will be here to help you every step of the way.
