Collaborative Law I am trained in collaborative law as a means of resolving matters brought to me by clients. Collaborative law is a relatively new form of dispute resolution and could be useful in most cases. Collaborative law is a cooperative, voluntary conflict resolution process where both attorneys and clients share the belief that it is in the best interests of the parties to avoid adversarial proceedings; to commit to resolving their differences with minimum conflict; and, to work together to create shared solutions to the issues. This process relies on an atmosphere of honesty, cooperation, integrity and professionalism geared toward the future well-being of the parties. Founding Member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of Utah. Mediation I am trained in mediation as well as Collaborative Law, thereby offering yet another means and method of dispute resolution to my clients. I have received my training through Utah Dispute Resolution of Salt Lake City, Utah.
